Anxiety and fear are heightened when a child doesn't know what to expect, is participating in new experiences, and has to handle these things with out their safe caretaker close by. Let's explore a few simple ways to support your child during these big transitions. Each of these suggestions will utilize your child's sensory system to make your connection more tangible.
