Parent Coaching
12 Week Coaching Program
Together we will get curious about the root cause of your child’s challenging behaviors and provide you with individualized support. This package includes daily access to a parent coach for three whole months. You will receive education and encouragement along the way and then be equipped to apply it in your home in a way that works for your child. You will discover how your child’s brain and body work and gain strategies to respond. This package is for you if you are ready to minimize the meltdowns and best support your child.
6 Week Coaching Program
Together we will get curious about why your child behaves the way they do and figure out how to respond. You will receive individualized education and encouragement to learn how to effectively communicate expectations, set boundaries, and respond with respect. This option includes 6 weeks of daily access to a parent coach. Throughout the month you will be educated, encouraged, and equipped with how to minimize the meltdowns and best support your child.
Group Coaching
Mellow My Meltdown:
Emotional Regulation and Respectful Parenting Strategies
This small group coaching opportunity is for parents of children ages 2-10 years old. Over the course of one month, you will be equipped to better understand your child’s behavior and expand your parenting toolbox so you know exactly how to respond in the difficult moments. Coaching is done through virtual conversation via the Voxer app to ensure the content can be consumed when it’s convenient for you. If your child struggles, you’re not alone! I am here for you! The next group coaching opportunity on this topic runs September 12-October 3, 2024.
Encouraging Sleep:
Sensitive Sleep Support
Together we will get chat all things sleep. Why your child struggles to fall asleep or stay asleep and what to do about it! Discover how much sleep your child needs at their age, how to know if they are overly tired or not tired enough and learn a variety of strategies to set the body clock and support sleep! This small group coaching opportunity is for parents of children ages 2-10 who want to respectfully support their safe, secure attachment to their child while also promoting healthy sleep habits. Coaching is done through virtual conversation via the Voxer app. I know you’re exhausted, you’re not alone! The next group coaching opportunity on this topic runs for one month from October 17-November 7, 2024.
Live Classes
Encouraging Sleep
A free in person workshop for parents of children ages 2-10 who are looking for solutions to bedtime battles. You can’t control when or if your child sleeps so we will focus on what you CAN control! Developing healthy sleep habits goes much deeper than what happens in the moments before bedtime. This small group conversation will allow you to ask all of your sleep relate questions!

Sensory Processing for Parents
A free class to understand how your child’s sensory system works and learn effective, simple strategies for incorporating intentional movement in the day to day. For parents of children ages 0-10 years who are tired of kids who never stop moving and struggle to sit still and desire to respond to difficult behavior in an informed respectful manner.
